JO H2O lubricants are made with the highest USP Grade (99.7%) plant-based glycerin, and they’re water-based for easy cleanup.

Not compatible with polyurethane condoms.

Shipping

Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping. It is my goal to have products to you within a weeks time from your order, up to 10 pending shipping delays.

Backordered products will be shipped as soon as they are available.

Returns

Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final. However, we offer a one-year warranty on products for any manufacturing defects on all motorized products. This warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect.
