After those first 90 days, Sweet Ember still has your back. Toys are covered by a 1-year warranty for any manufacturing issues or defects that affect how they work.

🔥 Refunds & Exchanges (Everything Else)

Because of the intimate nature of what I offer, returns aren't possible on most products.

That said, if you receive something that’s damaged or defective, you can exchange it within 30 days of your invoice date for the same item—no credit or substitutions, just a straight swap.
