The Conversations We Should Have Been Having All Along
From desire and arousal to menopause, confidence, connection, and intimacy, Ryan creates approachable educational experiences that help people better understand their bodies, relationships, and changing needs.
Why These Conversations Matter
Most people were never taught how desire actually works, how intimacy changes over time, or how hormones, stress, relationships, aging, and everyday life can affect the way we experience connection.
When something changes, it’s easy to assume something is wrong.
Ryan’s workshops replace shame, confusion, and guesswork with approachable education, practical tools, and honest conversation.
Because when you understand what’s happening in your body and relationships, you’re better equipped to communicate, make informed choices, and create the kind of connection that actually works for you.

Education First
Sweet Ember speaking engagements and workshops are built around education, conversation, and practical understanding.
Programs can be completely product-free and are designed to meet the needs of the audience and the setting. When appropriate, intimacy or sexual wellness products may be discussed as one possible tool within a broader conversation, but product sales are never required.
Participants are never expected to share personal sexual experiences or answer intimate questions publicly.
The goal is simple: create a space where people can learn, ask better questions, and leave feeling more informed, comfortable, and confident.

Ryan Arant | The Spark Specialist
Intimacy & Menopause Educator • Speaker • Coach
Ryan Arant has spent more than a decade helping people have conversations about their bodies, intimacy, desire, and relationships that are often uncomfortable to start—but incredibly important to have.
As the founder of Sweet Ember, Ryan combines science-informed education with real-world experience, warmth, humor, and the ability to make intimate topics feel surprisingly easy to talk about.
Her approach is grounded in a simple belief:
Understanding is the beginning of healing and growth.
Whether she’s explaining why desire changes, helping women better understand their sexual response, talking honestly about menopause, or helping couples protect intimacy in a lasting relationship, Ryan creates an environment where people can learn without shame, pressure, or awkward oversharing.
Because these conversations shouldn’t feel scary.
They should leave people feeling informed, curious, confident, and better equipped to understand themselves and the people they love.
